Home Instead is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support an older gentleman in Roland, IA who needs consistent, hands-on assistance to remain safe and comfortable at home.

3 Shift Options Available

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Evening: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Location: Roland, IA

What You'll Do

• Provide attentive supervision and dementia care

• Assist with walking, toileting, bathing, and personal hygiene

• Offer calm, clear guidance and maintain consistent daily routines

• Enjoy companionship through TV, puzzles, and familiar activities

• Help prevent falls and maintain a safe home environment

You're a Great Fit If You...

• Have experience with dementia and hands-on personal care

• Are confident assisting seniors with mobility and fall risks

• Are patient, reliable, attentive, and proactive

• Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Pay & Benefits

• Starting wage: $17/hour

• Additional weekend shift premium

• Paid orientation and ongoing training
