We are currently seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This is an opportunity to work one-on-one with patients while being part of a team that values quality, dignity, and compassion in every visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and assessments in accordance with the individualized care plan 

• Administer medications, wound care, bowel programs, and IV therapy as prescribed

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida

• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred)

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license & Auto Insurance coverage

• TB&Physical within the year (Free of communicable diseases statement)
• Current CPR license.

• Passion for working with elderly and chronically ill patients in a home care setting
