Position Overview
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Home Health Works, you’ll provide hands-on personal care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll be the heart of their daily routine and an essential part of helping them maintain dignity and independence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting)

• Support mobility and physical assistance needs

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to nursing staff

• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry

• Follow care plans and ensure safe home environments

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Florida

• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

• Level II 
• Physical and TB (Free of Communicable Disease statement)
• Current CPR certification

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
