PCA/CNA Ashland 10:30am-3:30pm Monday/Tuesday & Thursday/Friday NO WEEKENDS!!! NO HOLIDAYS!!!

Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a dedicated PCA/CNA to provide compassionate care to clients in Ashland, VA. This position offers a consistent schedule from 10:30am to 3:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with no weekends or holidays required, allowing for excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Assist with daily living activities while promoting client independence and comfort.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the appropriate nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current PCA or CNA certification.
• Previous experience in home health care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to client homes in Ashland, VA.
• Pass background checks and drug screening.

Benefits
