LPN E/O weekend 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm NO HOLIDAYS!!!

Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for evening or overnight weekend shifts. This position offers a unique opportunity to work either 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm every other weekend with no holiday shifts required, providing excellent work-life balance. The role is based in Henrico County, VA, and involves delivering high-quality nursing care to our patients in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and support to patients in their homes according to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns promptly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease management.

Requirements

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in home health or related nursing field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients within Henrico County.
