Skilled Nursing Visits – RN / LPN (Part-Time)

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing visits in a home setting.

Position Details:
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Location: Williamsburg, VA 23188
• Flexible scheduling
• Home health / skilled nursing visits

Responsibilities:
• Medication administration and management
• Patient assessment and vital signs
• Wound care (if applicable)
• Documentation of visits
• Communication with physician and care team

Requirements:
• Active Virginia RN or LPN license
• Home health or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Professional and compassionate care

Schedule:
Part-time – approximately 20 hours per week
