Looking for a licensed Physical Therapist for part time full time or per diem work to visit patients in their home and provide home exercise program, safety evaluation, and promote and prevent falls and improve strengthening, ROM and muscle education.

We receive referrals in the following areas:  Calumet City and surrounding south Subs
