Retail Sales Specialist - Position Overview

The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for driving in-store revenue through exceptional customer experience, strong product knowledge, and disciplined execution of the HCO sales process. This position is located at our Roswell location – 10500 Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell, Georgia 30076

Core Responsibilities

• Engage every customer professionally
• Conduct discovery and recommend products
• Capture customer info in HubSpot
• Create and send draft orders before customer leaves
• Execute consistent follow-up
• Maintain strong product knowledge

Performance Expectations

• Achieve monthly revenue targets
• Maintain high Average Ticket Value (ATV)
• Meet contact capture and conversion goals
• Actively manage pipeline daily

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• CRM experience preferred
• Bilingual is a plus

Compensation

Hourly rates begin at $20/hour plus commission based on experience.
Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
