Overview:

Trust but verify the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards set by the hotel brand. To supervise room attendants and inspect all hotel guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors and lobby.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign rooms to each attendant to start the day

- Adhere to all guest complaints regarding housekeeping department

- Maintain a level of cleanliness standards within all guest rooms and common areas

- Prepare and follow all hotel brand’s Quality Assurance standards to meet cleanliness and safety guidelines

- Create the housekeeping attendant’s weekly schedule to ensure quality is met without waste
