Personal Care Aide (PCA)

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide quality in-home support to clients in the Los Angeles area. The PCA will assist clients with daily activities while helping them maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning as appropriate.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client's care.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Assist with errands and other essential daily activities.

• Remind clients about medications according to the established care plan and applicable regulations.

• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor or care team.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.

• Follow each client's individualized care plan and company policies.

• Maintain client confidentiality and treat every client with respect and dignity.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or personal care experience preferred.

• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with providing in-home care.

• Must pass required background screening and employment requirements.

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on client assignment.
