  1. The kitchen dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a smooth operation in the kitchen.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Cleaning Dishes: Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
    • Organizing: Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas, ensuring they are ready for use by kitchen staff.
    • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean by sweeping floors, taking out the trash, and cleaning kitchen appliances and surfaces.
    • Assisting Kitchen Staff: Support cooks and servers by removing soiled dishes from tables and assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when stocks are low to ensure continuous operation.
