Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning Dishes: Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
- Organizing: Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas, ensuring they are ready for use by kitchen staff.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean by sweeping floors, taking out the trash, and cleaning kitchen appliances and surfaces.
- Assisting Kitchen Staff: Support cooks and servers by removing soiled dishes from tables and assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when stocks are low to ensure continuous operation.
