What You'll Do

• Create exceptional first and last impressions by warmly welcoming guests and delivering personalized service.
• Help travelers feel at home through seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns, and turn everyday interactions into memorable moments.
• Serve as a trusted resource by sharing hotel amenities, local recommendations, and insider tips about the Boston and Cambridge area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain a polished and inviting front desk environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Promote loyalty program enrollment and help guests maximize the value of their stay.

What Makes You Successful

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people.
• Ability to remain positive, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
• Hospitality or guest service experience preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
