Bartender (Part-Time / On-Call)

As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you'll be more than a bartender. You'll be a host, storyteller, and brand ambassador who helps turn an ordinary stay into an extraordinary experience. Whether crafting the perfect cocktail, recommending a local favorite, or engaging guests in conversation, you'll play a vital role in bringing our hospitality culture to life.

What You'll Do

Create Memorable Guest Experiences

• Deliver warm, attentive service that makes every guest feel welcome and valued.
• Build genuine connections with guests and create an inviting, enjoyable atmosphere.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.

Elevate the Bar Experience

• Prepare beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar environment.
• Ensure inventory is stocked and ready to support service demands.

Drive Service Excellence

• Demonstrate responsible alcohol service and verify guest identification as required.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with hotel team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Minimum of two (2) years of bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage service, and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• TIPS Certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Compensation

$10.00 to $19.00 per hour (base wage plus estimated tip earnings), paid bi-weekly. Actual earnings vary based on scheduled shifts and guest volume.
