Responsibilities

  • Assist the F& B Lead in menu planning and recipe creation
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
  • Monitor kitchen operations and maintain inventory levels

Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience/extensive training 
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef within hospitality
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
