The Lead Cook is responsible for setting up and managing a line station for the restaurant while also preparing and executing banquet functions.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing food preparation
- Supervising kitchen staff
- Ensuring food safety standards
- Planning menus
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook (6 months to a year of experience preferred)
- Knowledge of various cooking methods
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
