About the Role

It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Director of Healthcare Partnerships to our team. This is a critical pipeline-generating role, built on leveraging deep operator-level influence to drive meaningful growth.

The Director of Healthcare Partnerships is responsible for leading business and partnership development across our healthcare business. You will work with our Chief Revenue Officer and members of the broader team to architect the market development strategy and drive the execution of that strategy to propel the business forward. Hireology has built a strong position in post-acute care, including Home and Home Health Care, Senior Living, Long Term Care, Hospice, and Community Living. We are now extending that position across the broader healthcare ecosystem (e.g., behavioral health, DSOs), a growth phase that requires the ability to proactively create new networks and relationships.

This is a relationship-led role. We are looking for someone who has spent enough time in the healthcare industry and brings a rich network of relationships with operators, associations, capital partners, and vendors who shape it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure strategic introductions to key healthcare operators that convert directly into qualified sales pipeline and new business opportunities
  • Define and deliver the partnership strategy that accelerates the healthcare business directly and indirectly to exceed its goals
  • Actively source partnerships that have a compounding positive impact on the business, including:

Partnership Types

  • Referral, revenue share, and channel partnerships
  • Integrations with the systems these operators run on, including practice management, EHR, payroll, and background screening
  • Relationships with the transaction advisors, brokers, lenders, and investors who know when an operator is changing hands

  • Drive the deal process including negotiation, contracting, and stakeholder alignment
  • Actively contribute to the ongoing management and development of existing partners through active engagement and QBRs
  • Be a credible ambassador and public speaker for Hireology within the industry
  • Become a voice of the industry inside Hireology by attending major conferences and gathering the market and competitive intelligence that informs Sales, Marketing, and Product strategy
  • Engage with Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Business Operations, and Finance on new and ongoing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • In-Market Presence: You thrive on being in the field, representing Hireology at industry conferences and networking events to build and nurture high-value relationships
  • A Builder: You’ll need to demonstrate your entrepreneurial abilities in a market where the partner playbook has not been written yet
  • Results-Driven: You have a proven track record of converting industry relationships into tangible business value, with an unwavering focus on driving measurable pipeline generation
  • Works Independently and with a Team: The ideal candidate is a chameleon who can succeed both on their own and within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • A Problem-Solver: You will not only be identifying barriers to success, but creatively solving for those barriers in advance of them hindering our growth
  • Communication: You need to be able to tell Hireology’s story in all types of arenas and audiences, and your ability to effectively communicate in a large group setting is a major factor

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of external-facing business development, partnership, or advisory experience, with significant time spent in healthcare
