The Manager of Implementation will be primarily responsible for supporting both the non-ATS and ATS arms of our Implementation team. In addition to supporting the team on a day-to-day basis, this role will also own an evolving space at Hireology between Customer Success, Product, and our external partners. This manager will sit across these teams as needed to drive alignment and boost our internal knowledge of our product offerings (and potential future optimization of those offerings with our vendor partners). 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support our non-ATS and ATS implementation team members in weekly meetings and day-to-day support

  • Own the internal coordination of project assignment, including iterating and optimizing our existing structure

  • Act as the main point of contact between CS, Product, and external vendors when it comes to service and support items

  • Create, grow, and own internal documentation around non-ATS and vendor knowledge so that our team cans become more readily available to support our customers with non-ATS issues

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a Customer Success role, with prior people management experience

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS 

  • PMP preferred 

  • Excellent presentation skills, along with a proven track record of effective communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, with proven experience in coordinating efforts across teams and departments
