We are a high-volume Ford dealership looking for a dependable, motivated Quick Lane Technician to join our growing service department.

We’re looking for an experienced technician who can hit the ground running, but we’re also willing to train the right motivated candidate who has a strong work ethic, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a career in the automotive industry.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine oil and filter changes

• Perform tire rotations and inspections

• Test and replace automotive batteries

• Mount and balance tires

• Perform tire repairs, including puncture repairs

• Inspect vehicles for basic maintenance and safety concerns

• Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Provide efficient, quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive service or Quick Lane experience preferred

• Experience with tires, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Valid driver's license
