Client Care Specialist – What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for our clients—whether in person, over the phone, or online.
• Provide a seamless, welcoming, and professional experience to every client.
• Answer inquiries, schedule service appointments, and assist with sales requests.
• Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and text, responding to all incoming leads and setting qualified appointments.
• Maintain an organized client database to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Represent Hinderer Motor Company’s culture—built on passion, teamwork, and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly and engaging personality with strong communication skills.
Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus!).
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus!).
A problem solver with a positive attitude and a drive for excellence.
High energy and a strong work ethic—we want go-getters!

Qualifications & Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be comfortable working on-site at the dealership.
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
Open to applicants with limited work experience—we’ll train the right person!
