You are an experienced F&I leader who:

  • Brings 2–3+ years of proven automotive dealership F&I success

  • Thrives in a structured, compliant process

  • Excels at building trust with customers, lenders, and the sales team

  • Communicates with clarity, confidence, and professionalism

  • Delivers strong PVR, product penetration, and clean deal funding

  • Structure and secure competitive financing options tailored to customer needs

  • Present and sell value-driven F&I products with confidence and transparency

  • Maintain strong lender relationships to support profitable deal structures

  • Submit deals, make credit decisions, and close efficiently

  • Ensure all paperwork, contracting, and compliance requirements are accurate

  • Audit deals for clean funding and identify coaching opportunities for the team

  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality deal flow

  • Maintain all required certifications and ongoing training

  • 2–3+ years of automotive F&I experience required

  • Strong understanding of indirect lending, credit evaluation, and deal structure

  • Working knowledge of federal and state compliance, menu selling, and disclosure standards

  • Proven success in PVR and product penetration performance

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, lenders, and internal teams

  • Professional, ethical, and customer-focused decision-making

  • Valid driver’s license
