Join the Hilton Mystic team as a Housekeeping/Room Attendant, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms to ensure an exceptional stay experience. This position is based in Mystic, CT, and offers a competitive hourly wage with bi-weekly paychecks.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms according to Hilton standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain storage areas and supply carts in an organized manner.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and respond to requests professionally.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and Hilton’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
