Role: As the Front Office Manager, you’re the friendly face guests remember—and the steady hand that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’re calm under pressure, organized like a spreadsheet, and passionate about making every guest feel like a VIP. Whether you're leading a morning meeting or stepping in during the evening rush, you know how to rally a team and deliver excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcome guests with a genuine smile, smooth check-in/check-out process, and expert knowledge of hotel offerings.
- Lead with purpose. Train, coach, and inspire your front desk team to provide legendary service—and have fun doing it!
- Problem-solve like a pro. Handle guest concerns with grace and make fast, smart decisions.
- Run the show. Create schedules, manage inventory, support housekeeping and other departments as needed.
- Keep things compliant. Ensure operations align with state/federal laws and Hilton standards.
- Support and grow the team. Foster open communication, resolve conflicts, and celebrate successes.
- Represent the brand. From Hilton Honors enrollments to Kipsu messaging, you’ll help us hit our service benchmarks.
- Pitch in when needed. Cover shifts, assist with overnights, or tackle special projects with a can-do spirit.
What We're Looking For:
- 18+ with reliable transportation
- High school diploma (Hospitality degree = bonus points!)
- Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred
- A passion for guest service and team leadership
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Flexibility for weekends, evenings & holidays
- Calm, collected, and cool-headed—even during the busiest days
