Bartender (Part time - Sat & Sun)

The Hilton Garden Inn Irvine Spectrum/Lake Forest seeks an enthusiastic and reliable Bartender to join our team on weekends at our cozy lobby bar.

About the Position:

• Our bar offers a full selection of beer, wine, and spirits, with service available Monday through Friday to hotel guests and local patrons.
• We are focused on growing our evening lounge presence and enhancing the guest experience through friendly service and creative offerings.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Shifts: Approximately 4:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
• Required availability: Saturday and Sunday evenings
• Expected tip earnings: $50–$100 per shift (may vary by day)

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience is required (entry-level is welcome; server experience is a plus).
• Must have working knowledge of standard cocktails and the ability to follow recipe cards for specialty drinks.
• Familiarity with beer, wine, and spirits is essential.
• A passion for providing excellent guest service and the ability to engage warmly with guests.
