Automotive Service Advisor Apprentice

Hillsborough Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in automotive service. As a Service Advisor Apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced Service Advisors to learn the service process from the ground up while supporting daily department operations.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced, offering exposure to customer interaction, scheduling, parts coordination, and dealership workflow, while preparing you for potential advancement.

Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Service Advisor Apprentice Responsibilities:

• Assist Service Advisors with daily operations and customer follow-up
• Greet customers and help facilitate a smooth check-in process
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Shuttle customers to and from their destination as needed
• Pick up and deliver parts to support service operations
• Maintain organized service files and assist with documentation
• Communicate effectively with advisors, technicians, and parts staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Service Advisor Apprentice Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive service department
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for shuttle driving)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
