Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Automotive Technician to join our expanding service team. As Hiller Ford continues to grow, including major facility upgrades and expanded service capacity, this is an excellent opportunity for technicians looking for stability, modern equipment, and long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
  • Perform maintenance services
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately
  • Document all work performed in a clear and organized manner
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Collaborate with service advisors, fellow technicians, and management
  • Follow Ford Motor Company and dealership repair standards

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training
  • Ford Certified / Factory Trained
  • Ford OEM / Factory Experience
  • ASE certifications preferred but not required
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Familiarity with scan tools and modern vehicle electronics
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to handle physical shop duties
  • Dependable, motivated, and team‑focused

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using CDK
  • Hybrid or EV repair exposure
  • Experience with digital vehicle inspection tools
  • Strong communication skills
