Hillcrest Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in Ashland City, TN is seeking an Activity Assistant. We are seeking a compassionate Activity Assistant to join our team.    Weekends are required.

Duties Include:

Assist in resident activities

Participate in the design of monthly activities

Document resident activity attendance

Assist in organizing monthly activities

High School diploma or GED required

Skilled Nursing recreation experience preferred

CNA preferred
