Service BDC Trainee

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and organized individual to join our team as a Service BDC Trainee. No prior automotive experience is required—we are ready to train the right candidate from the ground up!

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls in a warm, professional, and helpful manner.
• Schedule service appointments for customers using our scheduling system.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and check on customer satisfaction.
• Keep customer information organized and up to date in our database.
• Assist the Service Department in delivering a seamless, top-tier customer experience.

• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette.

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software.
