What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Skilled and experienced with brakes, HVAC, alignment, electrical, and diagnostics
• Communicate clearly with team members and service advisors
• Use modern diagnostic tools and software
• Keep accurate records and follow shop procedures

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record (3 years)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Personal tool inventory
• Good computer, verbal, and written communication skills
• ASE certification preferred (required post-hire; assistance provided)
• Experience with multiple makes/models a plus
