At Health at Home, we're more than a home health agency. We're a family dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients, caregivers, and community. We're looking for an energetic, compassionate, and organized receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team.

What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting patients, families, visitors, and referral partners with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally.
• Assisting patients and referral sources with questions.
• Supporting our clinical and administrative teams with daily office operations.
• Managing incoming mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
• Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Preparing paperwork and maintaining organized electronic and paper files.
• Helping coordinate office events, celebrations, and employee recognition.
• Keeping the front office clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Jumping in wherever needed because teamwork is what we do best!

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Friendly and genuinely enjoys helping others.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Positive with a "can-do" attitude.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• A great communicator in person and over the phone.
• A team player who enjoys working with others.
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!).
• Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
