• Lead the shop as the go-to expert for diagnostics and repairs
• Take on the toughest diagnostics: complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues on Chevrolet and GM vehicles
• Deliver precise, high-quality repairs to GM standards
• Mentor and develop junior techs and help build a team around greatness
• Set the standard for quality, professionalism, and a clean, safe shop
• Team up with Service Advisors and Parts for fast, seamless repairs
• Keep growing with GM certifications and ongoing training
• Document your work clearly and professionally

🎯 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• GM Master Technician certification preferred, or the drive to earn it (we'll help you get there)
• GM dealership experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic skills across engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability systems
• Natural leader who wants to be a positive influence on others
• Productive and efficient without cutting corners
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Takes pride in the work and in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
• Genuinely cares about people, the team, and doing things the right way
