Heritage Chevrolet Vernal is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Motors Master Technician to become an integral part of our dynamic and high-performing Service Department. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and precise repairs on Chevrolet and General Motors vehicles.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete all repairs adhering strictly to GM quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and Parts personnel to ensure timely and seamless repair processes.
• Maintain up-to-date GM certifications and continuously engage in required training.
• Document work performed in a clear, thorough, and professional manner.
• Keep the work environment clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to foster skill development and team growth.

Requirements

• Must hold an active General Motors Master Technician certification.
• Preferred minimum of five years’ experience working as a technician at a GM dealership.
• Demonstrated strong diagnostic expertise across engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate pay environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to delivering precise, high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction.
