 The Service BDC Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, and providing general information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate appointments and direct calls to appropriate parties within the dealership

• Answer product and service questions received via phone and/or internet

• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

• Responsible for making outbound service and follow-up calls

• Respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner

• Work in close proximity with other Service BDC Representatives in a team based environment  

   

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required

• Self-motivated and goal oriented

• Prior customer service experience

• Automotive experience is a plus
