VW SHOWROOM RECEPTIONIST

Bayside Volkswagen is currently looking for a talented, responsible and self-motivated Showroom Receptionist to join our team. If you think you are ready to be a part of an exciting team, then we encourage you to read on.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls for the Sales Department while providing basic information when needed
• Consistently respond to customer inquiries by providing excellent customer service.
• Handle customer concerns with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
• Stock in vehicles upon delivery to our facility, light clerical work
• Assist Sales Team when needed to execute customer requests

Hours needed:

Monday thru Wednesday  5-8pm.

Thursday and Friday 9-7pm

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills

• Outgoing and positive demeanor

• Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility 

• Maintain a professional appearance
