Hello Auto Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Kia team in Valencia, CA.
We're looking for individuals who feel passionate about customer service, understand the importance of building long-term relationships with service customers, and are looking to join a great team.
Position Pay:
This is an hourly paid position, with wages ranging from $23-$25 per hour, depending on the applicant's level of prior experience and applicable job skills, plus commission.
Additional Compensation Elements:
- 2 weeks paid vacation per year (Value: up to $2,800 / year for this position)

Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience required
- Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills with customers and coworkers alike
- Multi-tasking abilities are a plus
- Team player
- Calm and patient personality who loves to help customers and create relationships
- Lifelong learner mindset - driven to learn about technology, tools and processes
- Ability to consult with customers to help them create a customized service plan for their vehicle.
- Available to work Saturdays
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Must have CDK experience
- 2 years experience with KIA
Responsibilities:
- Providing a great customer experience.
- Building long lasting customer relationships.
- Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.
- Communicating with customers regarding their needs.
- Listening to requests of the customer and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
- Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer’s schedule.
- Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
- Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed
