This position plays a key role in ensuring timely food presentations, smokehouse knowledge, efficient product prep, and assisting with kitchen prep and cooking tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and a team player who takes pride in providing great service both on the road and in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation, portioning, and basic cooking duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding product needs

Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times
Requirements:

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Previous cook positions desired but not required

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
