About Us

Healing and Helping Home Care LLC is an established Indiana healthcare agency expanding into skilled Home Health services. We are seeking an experienced Home Health Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Home Health Agency and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily Home Health Agency operations.
• Ensure compliance with Indiana Department of Health, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations.
• Supervise administrative staff and support agency growth.
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor quality improvement initiatives and prepare for regulatory surveys.
• Build relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and case managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field OR be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician.
• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (home health experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Home Health regulations preferred.
