Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with previous customers.
  • Monitor and engage with potential leads.
  • Master and adhere to call and email scripts.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow through on appointments.
  • Conduct surveys with customers.
  • Be prepared to address any customer inquiries.
  • Utilize CRM software to document all interactions with customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and the service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the company's dress code policy
  • While a Business Development Center background is not required, it is preferred
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Showcase strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Possess basic computer proficiency and phone skills

  • Be open to flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
