Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with previous customers.
- Monitor and engage with potential leads.
- Master and adhere to call and email scripts.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow through on appointments.
- Conduct surveys with customers.
- Be prepared to address any customer inquiries.
- Utilize CRM software to document all interactions with customers.
- Collaborate effectively with management and the service team.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the company's dress code policy
- While a Business Development Center background is not required, it is preferred
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- Showcase strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Possess basic computer proficiency and phone skills
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Be open to flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
