Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Gainesville, a trusted name in North Georgia automotive sales, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to help drive results, grow our team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and coach a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed performance goals

• Drive both new and pre-owned vehicle sales volume and profitability

• Manage the daily sales floor operations, including CRM follow-up and lead handling

• Implement and monitor sales processes to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction

• Work closely with the Finance and Service Departments for seamless customer transitions

• Assist with inventory control, lot merchandising, and vehicle pricing strategies

• Maintain high standards for customer service and employee accountability

• Report on performance metrics to dealership leadership

Qualifications:

• Automotive Sales Manager experience (preferred) or a top-performing Sales Consultant ready to move up

• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds and VinSolutions highly preferred

• CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) experience a plus but not required

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Proficiency in CRM usage, customer follow-up, and lead management best practices

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
