Service Porter

 

Are you a responsible, reliable car lover with a good driving record and a positive attitude?  We are looking for an enthusiastic, safe driver who can help manage the service stalls, pick up customer vehicles, clean cars, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Our ideal candidate for this Service Porter role will maintain a professional appearance and greet our customers with a smile. 

 

• Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within our parking lot.
• Work with the Service Advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties.
• Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
• Clean parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed.
• Service customer needs with a positive attitude.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Candidates are required to pass a background check
• Basic knowledge of automotive repairs or service processes a plus
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
• A positive attitude, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
