Maintenance Painter/Drywall Tech

We are looking for a talented Maintenance Painter/Drywall Technician to become a part of our team. This position entails a range of responsibilities, including painting, texturing, drywall repair, and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess: detail oriented, excellent hand-eye coordination, excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license (preferred), reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, adherence to EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety regulations and the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively is essential.

-Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

-Hourly pay rate: $23.00 – $25.00

-Skills/Qualifications:

Must pass HBM prescreen check.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Must have basic hand tools.

Mechanical aptitude.

Painting and Drywall experience required.

General preventative maintenance experience is required.

Troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Must have good public relations skills and communication.

Customer service oriented.

Strong organizational skills.

Applicants must perform basic manual labor, clean common areas, frequently lift, press, push, pull, carry a minimum of 50lbs. (up to 75lbs.), be able to reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk, walk up and down a stairway, climb up/down a ladder and stand throughout their shift.
