We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Kaua'i, O'ahu, Maui and Hawai'i island. We also offer restoration services for various issues, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation on Oahu. Part-time Custodial Night Porter - Compensation:  $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Custodian, Floater, or Mobile Workforce Technician 1 - Compensation:  $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Custodian Graveyard shift) - Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Custodian (Lead, Supervisor, Mobile Workforce Technician II, or Elite Mobile Workforce Specialist) -  Compensation: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour

Pool Attendant: Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Landscaper/Maintenance Helper - Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Maintenance Apprentice - Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Maintenance Technician - Compensation: $24.50 per hour

Maintenance Floater - Compensation: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
