Hawaiian Building Maintenance (HBM) has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island.

-Position: Lead Night Porter - Custodial

-Location: Honolulu, HI 96814

-Schedule: Monday-Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (15 hours weekly)

-Compensation per hour: $17.50

Key responsibilities/requirement include:

-Cleaning and maintaining the location space, which involves:

Sweeping, dusting, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas.

-Guide a team in cleaning designated areas of the building.

-Ensure that doors are secured properly.

-Oversee that the property is cleaned according to assigned tasks.

-Monitor and maintain a fast and efficient workflow.

-Cleaning restrooms tenant spaces, elevator, and stairwells.

-Removing trash and replacing liners, disposing of waste in designated areas.

-Restock supplies.

-Ensure that employee time cards are reviewed and submitted to payroll promptly.

-Performing other tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor.

-Candidates should be capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching (including overhead), grasping objects, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stooping, stretching, pressing, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting a minimum of 20 lbs or more.

-Must pass HBM prescreen check

-High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

-Valid Hawaii driver's license preferred

-Previous supervisory experience or related experience required.
