Maintenance Technician (Oahu)

We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician position to repair and maintain residential and commercial building in Downtown Oahu. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs (painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and grounds maintenance)
• Able to access a small space of 18 inch x 18 inch
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, vendors, customers, etc.
• Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 30lbs up to 50lbs. Walk, stand for a period of time and bend throughout the shift.
• Ensure mechanical equipment and systems are working in order and fixed as necessary.
• Create and maintain work orders
• Create and maintain purchase orders
• Perform any additional maintenance related duties as required by property management.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (40 hours a week) **Must be available to work 3 Saturdays / 3 months of the year ( total of 9 Saturdays annually)**

Compensation range: $23 to $25/per hour
