Janitorial (Full-time, Hawaii Kai - Oahu)

HBM Hawaii is looking to hire a full-time Janitorial position located in a condominium building in Hawaii Kai. This role requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous janitorial, custodian or related experience is a plus and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 30lbs (up to 100lbs), be able to walk, stand, routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts. 

• All positions offer benefits including vacation, holidays, 401k.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean common areas, restroom cleaning, sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, pick up trash and remove/dispose trash to designated areas.
• Able push 6 trash bins daily about 30ft from current location to designated area. Approximately 100+ pounds.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 6am-2:30pm

Compensation:

• $18/per hour
