Janitorial/Maintenance Supervisor (Princeville - Kauai)

We have a full-time Janitorial/Maintenance Supervisor opening in Princeville, Kauai. This will be for cleaning and maintenance of a retail shopping center. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting experience is required. Must be comfortable with creating reports, sending emails, communicating with customers. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6a - 2:30p

Compensation range: $21 to $25/per hour
* One-time $500 bonus will be paid upon completion of 90 days of employment
