We currently perform Janitorial Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC and Maintenance Services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Maui and Kauai. We have full-time Maintenance Technician opening in Waikiki at a large retail shopping center. Applicants must have good customer service skills, knowledge of basic: building maintenance, electrical, lighting, plumbing and HVAC systems. Candidates will be expected to complete work orders and to have a mechanical aptitude and prior maintenance experience.
Maintenance Technician:
- Troubleshooting abilities.
- Electrical, mechanical and basic HVAC skills.
- Create and maintain purchase orders.
- Preventative Maintenance experience.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, customers, etc.
- Valid Driver's license
