Harr Collision Center is looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team in Worcester.

 

We’re a busy, high-volume collision center with a steady workflow, modern equipment, and a team that takes pride in doing quality work. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and wants to be part of a professional shop where quality, teamwork, and productivity matter.

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs

• Repair and replace damaged panels and components

• Perform vehicle disassembly and reassembly

• Complete sheet metal and body repairs

• Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer specifications

• Identify additional damage during the repair process

• Work closely with estimators, parts, and production to keep repairs moving

• Maintain high standards for quality and safety

• Keep your work area clean and organized

 

What We’re Looking For

 

• Strong collision repair skills

• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable and motivated

• Strong team mentality

• Valid driver’s license

• I-CAR and OEM certifications are a plus
