This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mankato, MN, for a Car Sales Specialist. The role involves consulting with customers to understand their vehicle needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales goals, conducting test drives, delivering vehicles to customers, and maintaining knowledge of current inventory and promotions.

Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive or dealership environment.

• Automotive Sales and Sales Consulting skills
• Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales experience and understanding of the automotive market is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
