Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously 
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with estimators and technicians
  • Maintain organized customer records and repair order files
  • Process payments and handle basic invoicing
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies, vendors, and team members
  • Keep the front office area clean and presentable
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (automotive or collision center experience a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using computer-based systems
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
