Hands at Home Care Services is hiring Caregivers for an urgent home care need in the Montpelier and Barre area. This role is ideal for someone calm, dependable, and attentive through the whole shift.

This role may be a good fit for caregivers searching in Montpelier, Barre, Berlin, Morrisville, Randolph and nearby Central Vermont communities.

Schedule Needed

• Multiple shifts available: Consistent 12-hour shifts,  mornings, and wekends

Bonus Opportunities

• Full-Time Referral Bonus - Up to $500: $50 after your referral completes orientation and works their first shift; $100 after they complete 2 weeks of scheduled shifts; $150 after they complete 30 days in good standing; $200 after they complete 90 days in good standing.

• Extra referral compliment bonus: During the 90 days, if your referral or you receive a client compliment, you both receive a $50 bonus.

Your Role

• Remain awake and alert throughout the full overnight shift

• Monitor client safety and respond to overnight needs

• Assist with toileting, transfers, snacks, reassurance, and light housekeeping as assigned

• Document care and communicate important updates to the office team

Requirements

• Ability to remain awake and attentive for the full overnight shift

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation
